Located in "Los Colorados" a quiet residential area of Playa Blanca,
Lanzarote, El-Nido is superbly placed close to the beautiful beaches of
Papagayo. There are a number of bars and "up market" restaurants within easy
walking distance. A leisurely 20 minutes stroll along the coastline
promenade towards Playa Blanca centre is the fabulous Marina Rubicon, host
to 600 boat moorings and an array of designer shops, restaurants and bars.
Continuing along the promenade for a further 20 minutes and you are in the
centre of Playa Blanca.

The apartment of 6 El Nido is well appointed and furnished to an extremely
high standard as the photographs show. The duplex apartment offers all one
would expect from a luxury apartment. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, 2
bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and two terraces. The front terrace is
approx 140 sq metres with scenic views overlooking "Los Colorados" and the
island of Fuerteventura. There are three shaded areas on the terrace, dining
for 8 persons and a full sized Brinksmann charcoal BBQ.

At ground level the garage (9 metres by 14 metres) has been converted to
accommodate everyone. There is further sleeping area and a third bathroom.
More importantly, "The Toys" will suit everybody. There is a fully
functional bar complete with bar stools and fridges. Entertainment is
provided via a Wurlitzer Juke Box and 6 foot projection system and TVs.

The array of games (all free vend) include, pool table, table football,
virtual cop arcade game and pride of place a games console offering 30
classic games such as Space Invaders, Battleship, PacMan etc.

For the youngsters and teenagers there is "Al's Diner", a 60's style
American Diner. This is a separate games area with TV, Videp, DVD and PS 2.
